The Activity Monitoring Station allows the designation of specific system events for routing to the AMS for monitoring purposes. This permits non-alarm events to be displayed in real-time without using the Operator Command Station for this purpose. Events designated as alarms may also be sent to the AMS for review. The AMS is an optional feature.
