CONFIGURING YOUR COMPUTER

Every computer used to visit the E-Support Center must be configured to do so. This process is easy and automatic. Your configuration changes will not affect any of your other activities.

BEFORE YOU CAN ENTER...

Before you enter the e-Support Center, you will be prompted to download and install Oracle's Jinitator which. This program permits your computer to access the E-Support Center's database of problems, solutions and account information. The downloaded programs disclose no information about your computer, your e-mail or any other information stored on your computer or other computers connected to it. Just follow the install instructions.

The Oracle Jinitiator provides a secure interface between your browser and the E-Support Center. Jinitiator encrypts all communications to protect your information.
