OFFERINGS

The System Administration and Installation Training Class is a 5 day course providing essential information for the installation and ongoing administration of EnterpriseSMS. It includes installation and service information on the Open System Controller.

SCHEDULES

Classes are held at ICS Headquarters in Houston, beginning at 8:00 AM on the Monday of the class, and run until approximately 5:00 PM that Friday. Students should plan on a minimum of 1 hour travel time to either of Houston's major airports.

ENROLLMENT POLICIES

Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the desired class, and must be paid for (or other arrangements agreed upon) at that time. Users purchasing their systems from third parties should contact that party for information and fees.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Student cancellations are non-refundable if within 7 days prior to the class start date. Classes are subject to cancellation for insufficient enrollment up to 14 days prior to the class start date.
