E-Support Center Installation Procedure
(Internet Explorer)

• Click here to begin the J-Iinitiator Installation.
• When the File Download message box appears [see graphic], choose Run this program from its current location. This will start the download, and run the installation program automatically. 

• After the download completes, you will be presented with a security certificate verifying that the downloaded file is authentic. Click YES to continue.

• A final verification screen will appear. Choose YES.

• Next, a meter will appear showing the progress of the installation:

• The Welcome message screen appears. Click NEXT to continue.

• When the Choose Destination screen appears, you may change the installation location of J-Initiator if you wish to do so. Otherwise, click NEXT.

• A group of meters will appear that will show the progress of the installation program as J-Initiator installs. When completed, the installation program will exit automatically.

• Enter the E-Support Center!
