Installing the E-SUpport Center

The E-Support Center may be installed from either 1) the Internet, or 2) the EnterpriseSMS Documentation CD-ROM.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Windows95, Windows98, WindowsNT.

Internet Explorer v5.0 or later.
Internet Explorer security set to MEDIUM or less (doubleclick on the word "Internet" at the lower right corner of your browser screen).
Adobe Acrobat Reader v4.0.
Either 1) an Internet connection, or 2) the EnterpriseSMS Documentation CD-ROM

INSTALLATION

Before attempting to install the E-Support Center, check your system to determine if Adobe Acrobat Reader v4.0 is installed. If it is not installed, download and install it by clicking here.
Choose one of the following ways to install the E-Support Center:

If you are installing using Microsoft Internet Explorer, click here.
If you are installing using Netscape Navigator, click here.
