Personal Information Defined
Personal information is defined as any data that can be used to specifically identify an individual or company. This information includes, but is not limited to, Name, Address, Phone Number, E-Mail Address, and Company Name.
Use of Personal Information
We may, from time to time, track what pages are most frequently used by site visitors. We do not match this information with any personal information. We do not collect your personal information outside of pages where you must enter it in order to perform a specific function. In those areas where you, the user, enter personal information, we will not release said information to anyone outside Integrated Command Software or our authorized distributors to the extent required to support your needs unless we have your consent, we are under a legal order to do so, or there is an emergency involving personal danger. The only Integrated Command Software employees or consultants allowed access to personal information are those who need to have such access. Any employee or consultant who violates our privacy and security policies is subject to disciplinary action, including possible termination or prosecution.
Cookies
"Cookies" are small text files that allow Web sites to store and retrieve information about you from your computer system. Integrated Command Software does not serve cookies outside of its E-Store. We do not use cookies in order to retrieve any information from your computer other than information originally sent in an Integrated Command Software cookie. We have no control over whether and how our advertisers use cookies that originate from their website.
Information Sent to ICS via E-Mail, Web Forms, E-Store, and E-Support Center
In many places, you must supply personal information where it is required to fulfill certain functions, such as purchase products or enter a request for support. This information is not shared with any party not involved in satisfying your requirements. Unless the completed function implies a specific request to be contacted, you will not be contacted.
Links to Other Sites
This site provides links and pointers to Web sites maintained by other organizations. Integrated Command Software provides these links as a convenience to users, but it does not operate, control or endorse such sites.
