ICS distributes EnterpriseSMS for selected enterprise class projects directly to end user organizations and through capable partners.  Customers who have trusted integration services suppliers may choose to acquire the product through these partners or may direct that teaming relationships be established to provide deployment services and local support.  ICS has successful experience in working in multiple configurations for deployment and support.  ICS notes that the most successful relationships are when the IT team of the user organization is an integral part of the project. 
ICS does not generally provide any hardware.  Occasionally, hardware is provided to facilitate customer processing.  EnterpriseSMS works on nearly all kinds of computer platforms that meet the general  hardware and software requirements provide on this web site.

 
 

Continuing Support Services and Technical Support

Continuing Support Services or CSS is Integrated Command Software's upgrade service for ICS’ EnterpriseSMS Software.  The cost is calculated from the current license fee for the currently licensed software.  Click on CSS to review the details of the services provided through this service.  Generally, CSS provides upgrades during the term of the service and a limited amount of telephone support.  CSS based telephone support is most effective when technical support staff have remote access to the system via the internet.  This may be accomplished in a very secure manner and is very effective.

ICS will provide system design consultation services on a time and materials basis.  Contact sales to obtain a quote for services.  ICS will discuss your requirements and in many cases may be able to provide such services at no charge.  Otherwise, ICS will work with you to develop a scope of work and quote for such services. 

 
 

Custom Solutions

ICS will provide customization services on a time and materials basis.  Contact sales to obtain a quote for services.  ICS will discuss your requirements will work with you to develop a scope of work and quote for such services.  As a general rule ICS will be an effective supplier if the work is in conjunction with adaptations of ICS’s core products.  This is because we are able to leverage our existing products to save you money in the development of your solution.
On occasion we have been interested in the opportunity to participate in projects that do not clearly leverage our existing code base.  Where a project is related to OLTP applications, Databases, and the integration of edge components into systems, contact us with your requirements and we or our partners may be able to assist.
