Conducting a Guard Tour

Clicking on the GuardTour icon on the ECS Console permits an operator to start a Guard Tour.

A Guard Tour window is presented to the operator.

Shown in the top portion of the window are the defined guard tours.  The operator clicks (highlights) the guard tour to be started.  Next the operator clicks on the Badgeholder drop-down list to select the badgeholder conducting the tour.

The operator then clicks one of the buttons at the bottom of the window to stop / start / suspend / resume / show progress of the guard tour.

        START the guard tour

       STOP the guard tour

       SUSPEND the guard tour

       RESUME the guard tour

       PROGRESS of the guard tour

A Guard Tour LATE event on the Scoreboard (event code= GTLT)

Guard Tour Events Reported

GTST = Guard Tour Started

GTSU = Guard Tour Suspended

GTRE = Guard Tour Resumed

GTLT =   Guard Tour CheckIn Late
