ECS Configuration Tools

ECS Configuration tools allow system administrators to configure the software components of the ECS.  There are two principle tools.  One lays out the appearance of the windows on the command station and the other is a design tool for geospatial maps.  Both of these tools work with the central database to save their work products thus ensuring that the results are globally available.
