How to Reset a Badge's Antipassback Status

Certain doors may be configured using Antipassback.  Antipassback prevents two consecutive badge entries or exits at a door by the same badge during a specified time interval.  Badgeholders often enter an area without badging, following another badgeholder into the area.  Should this occur, a system configured for Hard Antipassback would prevent the badgeholder from exiting.  A system configured for Soft Antipassback permits the exit despite the violation.  Both violations send an alarm to the SCOREBOARD.  When hard antipassback is configured, the officer must reset the badgeholder's antipassback status in order for them to exit the area.

Procedure

• Select the antipassback violation alarm from the SCOREBOARD
• Click the BADGE icon
•   Click Reset In/Out icon
• Click OK in the configuration dialog
• Click Done
